The invention relates to an in vitro method of documenting a repertoire of NKR immunoreceptor (s) and / or NKR counterparts, comprising (i) the use of at least one pair of 3 'and 5' oligonucleotides capable of to hybridize to an NKR target receptor, or NKR counterpart, and not to hybridize to a functional counterpart receptor for this target receptor; (ii) bringing this pair of 3 'and 5' oligonucleotides into contact with the DNA or cDNA of a sample to be studied; and (iii) the detection of the hybrids possibly formed. The invention also relates to the biological applications of this method, in particular screening of a bank of organs, tissues, cells with a view to transplants, and to kits for its implementation.
