Novels methods for the modulation of an immune response using treatment with Tcells which are treated ex vivo are provided. The invention provides asolution to the problems of treating various diseases, especially thosediseases that are of a malignant nature. The invention also provides methodsof treating diseases on a non-malignant nature, by modulating a mammal'simmune response.
