The present invention provides a unique apparatus, systems and methods for an aligned closing, stabilized sealing of a vascular perforation (248) in a chosen blood vessel (208) after percutaneous puncture, and completion of a catheterization procedure. The invention is an adaptation of the conventionally known modified Seldinger technique in which the means for guidance, closing, and stabilized sealing (12) are deployed and positioned during the manipulations performed during the percutaneous puncture of the blood vessel itself.
