a method allows a designer to implement a software architecture for a wide variety of variable power without excessive main memory (52). the method involves providing a software module of initialization of main memory (52). part of the initialization module determines the central architecture.the initialization module is not required, and the required parts are released, are transferred to a memory area adjacent to minimize the use of main memory. depending on the location of every entry made in the relevant portions of the program is then updated according to the transfer.the initialization module includes a multiplicity of code blocks (16, 18, 20, 22), each of which is optimized for a particular architecture. the architecture of the computer variable is identified, the blocks of code that are optimized for the central computer identified are selected, and the others are freed.the selected blocks are then transferred to optimize the use of the computer.
