Prepn. of spheroids, absorbable orally, comprises: (a) prepn. of a liq. extract by aq., alcoholic, hydro-alcoholic or mixed extn. of various starting materials; (b) humidifying an absorbent adsorbent substance with this extract; (c) granulation of the resultant mass by humidification; (d) passage of the mass through a microfine extruder; (e) spheroidising of the extrudate; (f) drying of the spheroids 40 degrees C; (g) calibration of the dry spheroids.
