the invention relates to a device for heating brunisseur a food substance in a microwave oven with a metal film deposited on a dielectric substrate with stable dimensions, such as paper. we can use of substrates with a non working surface.the support is preferably a complex impedance brunisseur measured before heating, the frequency of the microwave oven, having a real part 30 to 2000 ohms per square. the thickness of the thin film of metal is preferred relative to the substrate on both sides of paper.we can use a substrate with a surface smoothness, expressed as arithmetic mean roughness, higher than 0.5 microns, with the invention. the metal film is preferably aluminum and has a thickness ranging from 50 to 600 angstroms. it may be the substrate of clay layers.the paper substrate coated clay on which a thin film of metal is deposited with the stability characteristics of superior performance in the microwave heating.
