The invention discloses a device for collecting secretions after abdominal, pelvic, or thoracic surgical operations. It consists of a device which avoids handling the bag which is self-adhesive on the skin during the necessary manipulations of the drainage tubes and reduces the time required for ensuring the drainage of the anatomical cavity. It also avoids the risks of cutaneous infection while ensuring better impermeability in collecting liquid secretions and also does not require fixing to the skin with surgical thread. This bag is set in place immediately after the operation and need not be changed at all throughout the healing process. It enables the drainage tubes to be handled independently. It consists of a rigid connector (1) with two apertures, one (3) for a mobile or fixed bag (5), the other (4) for passing the drain tubes (6). This connector is fixed to the skin around the cutaneous aperture with a self-adhesive gum (2). It is equipped with a transparent bag (5) capable of containing 300 ml and with a drain tube which can be oval or circular. This device facilitates liquid secretion handling and draining after a surgical operation.
