A method for carrying out the biological indication of organic toxic pollutants by use of indicator strain. At that, microbial culture is applied on gelatinous discs which are placed in sterile indicator medium up to emergence of orange color, the obtained substance is dried, placed on prepared plane-tables, thereafter the sample to be tested is applied thereon, and toxicity thereof is determined as per values of pollutant amounts.
