BCL-x$g(g), A NOVEL BCL-x ISOFORM, AND USES RELATED THERETO

The present invention relates to BCL-x.gamma., a novel isoform of the BCL-xfamily of proteins which is predominantly expressed in T-lymphocytes and isassociated with resistance to apoptosis. Both compositions of matter andmethods are described which are useful in the treatment or prevention ofimmune system disorders.
