In a house employing a capacity structure, a floor space (3) is formed from the horizontal sphere portion (Sh) and the inverted beams (1, 2), and the first residence space (9) and the first on the upper portion thereof. Two living spaces 10 are formed adjacent to each other. The first residence space 9 has a fixed floor 11, which is a skip floor having recesses 1 1 at the center thereof, while the second residence 10 has a movable floor 15 which can be slid. A large-capacity article storage unit 19 is formed in the floor space 3 below the second residence space 10. By allowing the movable floor 15 to slide in a position overlapping the upper portion of the fixed floor 11, the article storage unit 19 can be greatly opened to facilitate entry and exit of the article.
