MOBILE TELEPHONE WITH FUNCTION TO PREVENT ILLEGAL USE AND METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING ILLEGAL USE OF MOBILE TELEPHONE USING THE FUNCTION

In order to prevent illegal use of the mobile phone, a call is repeatedly initiated from the phone or the base station to the mobile phone via a wireless path. When the call is received by the mobile phone via the radio path such that a communication channel is established, a destruction code containing cryptographic data is sent from the phone or base station to the mobile phone. The mobile phone receives the breaking code and compares the cipher data of the received breaking code with preset data stored in the mobile phone to determine whether the both data match. When it is determined that both data are matched, the mobile telephone destroys telephone function information required to perform communication stored in the mobile telephone.
