BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the production of a sealing glass for insulation sealing, which is required for the production of a buried type electrothermal heater used in an electric heater such as an electric insulating cooker, a coffee pot, and an electric frying pan. The buried electric heater is manufactured by burying a nichrome wire and a ceramic filler together in a stainless tube and finally sealing the tube inlet with a sealing glass. Conventionally, the inlet of a buried stainless steel tube is filled with a low-temperature sealing glass powder and heat-sealed at a high temperature. However, when the glass powder is molded and fired to fit the shape of the inlet of the stainless steel tube, and the glass powder is sealed by inserting it, there is an advantage that the mechanical impact is superior to the conventional method, and the operation is facilitated in the production of the heater. However, this sealing glass is a low melting point glass and there is no organic binder suitable for granulation when the glass is to be granulated.
