The present invention particularly relates to sanitary napkins having a laminated topsheet. Specifically, the first layer containing the absorbed liquid comprises a perforation of at least 1.4 mm 2 in the longitudinal center of the film. The second film layer moves the liquid to the absorbent structure through perforations having an area of less than 1.4 mm2. In addition, the second layer provides a visual shielding of liquid absorption in the large perforated region of the first topsheet layer. The perforations in the first layer are preferably provided only in the transverse center of the film. The distribution of perforations creates a particular longitudinal side edge and preferably a transverse end edge of the topsheet without large perforations in order to improve the comfort of the product in use.
