To reduce the torque compensation burden on the Tension Controller, which needs to calculate the G (mass) and D (diameter) of the unwinder, so it needs information on the quality of the coil and the density of the points. In addition, the precise setting such as the initial radius is required, but according to the present invention, the tension torque of the unwinder depends on the amount of tension to be measured and the working speed. It is possible to minimize the tension fluctuation regardless of the exact information about the material or the initial value by determining as the fuzzy rule.
