The present invention relates to a method for preparing oligosaccharides through galactose transfer reaction by immobilizing two enzymes having different mechanisms of galactoligosaccharide production in sodium alginate, respectively.;Galacto-oligosaccharide is used as a main component of breast milk oligosaccharides are added to fermented milk or infant formula, and the present invention is to provide a method for continuously and continuously producing them.;In the present invention, in the immobilization of two β-galactosidases derived from microorganisms of different origins, β-galactosidase derived from Aspergillus oriza is used as a primary enzyme, β-galactosidase as a secondary enzyme is immobilized in sodium alginate, respectively, to prepare a sugar solution containing galactoligosaccharides in a series of reactions using lactose as a substrate. The method of resolving galactooligosaccharide by the reaction and the stability of enzymes and reducing the manufacturing cost of galactooligosaccharide were obtained.
