SIMULATION OF HUMAN PERFORMANCE OF A PROCESS OPERATION PROCEDURE

The system for simulating the performance of a person in a predetermined procedure for operating a facility uses operator characteristics to define how operator performance is simulated.;The operator characteristic includes at least one of a decision making rule, an execution accuracy rule, and an operation response speed definition rule.;The rules are carefully considered by probability functions with arbitrary factors such that when the simulations are repeated using the same operator characteristics, they produce parallel results of a given rate of time. The results of the simulations are recorded and evaluated to evaluate the performance of the operator with defined operator characteristics.
