The present invention relates to a method for producing a mesoporous silica material, a mesoporous silica material produced and a plate-like, fine fibers and thin film made of the material. In order to prepare the mesoporous silica material of the present invention, various kinds of surfactants and silica sources are used as structural derivatives, and tetraethylorthosilicate is selected, and various organic solvents are selected to process the manufacturing process on a single or mixed solvent. During the manufacturing process, the weak interaction between the microelle particles and silicates of the surfactant is utilized. The mesoporous plate-like silica material prepared in the present invention exhibits transparent properties, and by controlling the manufacturing conditions, it is possible to prepare a material in which the pores are regularly arranged or irregularly arranged. Unlike the irregular connection, it showed a unique polarization phenomenon and showed nonlinear optical characteristics when the molecules with electron donors and electron acceptors were adsorbed by double bonds.
