The present invention relates to an exercise equipment for inverting the whole body of the body. The lifting guide is installed on an expectation that is fixed vertically against the floor and the ceiling, and the lifting guide is lifted by an electric winch device. By axially connecting the inner end of the base plate with a connecting piece, the manipulator can be safely inverted by lying on the base plate by slowly raising or lowering the inner side of the base plate by a simple operation of the elevator.
