The present invention relates to a traction rod frame for use in a bogie braking device for a high-speed car that is a railway vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to make the entire traction rod frame using a steel plate to form a simple structure having a substantially rectangular shape, to facilitate the production, and to cut the steel plate so that it can be produced regardless of the steel material. It is to provide a traction rod frame used in the bogie braking device for high-speed car, as well as to freely select the dimensions, thereby ensuring a precise dimension to achieve a more precise braking device.
