The present invention relates to a reinforcement structure of a car rear door, and more particularly, to extend the rear end of the impact beam installed inside the car rear door to the end of the door and integrally integrate the outer and inner reinforcement members bent therein. By providing a predetermined closed cross-sectional box structure at the rear end side of the rear door, the rigidity of the rear door is increased to reduce the amount of sliding of the door at the time of side impact so as to secure the occupant's safety.
