FIELD: cutting threads, cutting and bending pipes. SUBSTANCE: device includes change head of thread-cutting tools for inner and outer diameters of pipes, change cutting head with roller or cutter, change head of helical bending device. Device is connected with high-speed small-sized single-phase commutator motor for supply through reduction gears. Housing of last reduction gear is rigidly connected with body of pipe retainer for feed of pipe during turn of self-grip pipe wrench. retainer has wedge-shaped surface for turn of self-grip pipe wrench. Retainer provides for motion of wrench together with gripped pipe in straight line along axis of pipe to exclude its rotation and to hold it in cutting.
