FIELD: radiolocation, perspective radar controlling air space and air traffic. SUBSTANCE: proposed process of radar detection and tracking of objects is based on detection, measurement of parameters of package of reflected signals with the use of long-wave radar, on resolution of objects with help of short-wave radar, on referencing their coordinates to coordinates of center of package, on their tracking by means of acquisition radar, on making coordinates of tracked objects more precise with the aid of short-wave radar if error in their measurements appears to be more than permissible or if measured values of coordinates of center of package deviate more from extrapolated ones than permitted or if indication of object maneuver, for example, change of its speed is detected or if additional versions of referencing of objects to paths emerge in tracking. Radar complex for detection and tracking of objects composed of h-1 radars has one short- wave radar and if it is composed of h≥1 radars it has one long-wave radar. Output of long-wave radar is connected to input of short-wave radar and output of short-wave radar is output of radar complex. Additional output of short-wave radar is connected to input of long-wave radar. Each radar is supplemented with information receiver. EFFECT: possibility of object tracking by long-wave radar on ultimate ranges of detection. 9 cl, 6 dwg
