SUBSTANCE: two-speed mechanism for lifting and lowering front part of semitrailer has two-speed unit with step-down transmission and change-over mechanism to provide selection of required gear ratio. Step-down transmission unit is arranged on shaft displaced in vertical relative to each other which provides easy turning of mechanism by crank handle and changing over of lifting and lowering mechanism gears to obtain standard ratios between crank handle revolutions and vertical displacement of semitrailer support. value of low speed ratio of lifting and lowering mechanism can be changed in manufacture of mechanism within wide range without increasing overall dimensions or complicating the two-speed unit with step-down transmission. Lifting and lowering mechanism can be made for universal mounting remaining reliable and easy to operate. EFFECT: enhanced operation reliability. 15 cl, 15 dwg
