摘要

FIELD: wood processing industry. SUBSTANCE: artificial wood flour which contains 25-80 weight percents of thermoplastic polymer material is produced by mixing it with 20-70 weight percents of ground cellulose material with moisture content of 15 weight percents and average size of particles less than 0.84 mm. Then mix is subjected to plasticization with conversion to gel condition. Then plasticized material is cooled and ground with subsequent control of size of particles down to diameter which is not greater than 10 mm. Then 20-75 wt.-% of artificial wood flour is mixed with polymer material. Mix is subjected to plasticization with heating and is pressed through extrusion head by means of auger or augers. When material which is subjected to extrusion passes surface of inner wall of extrusion head which is plated with fluoropolymer sheet material, extrusion of ground cellulose material, which is contained in material to be processed, is uniform without significant traction force.
