FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing fruit-berry juice of sublimation drying, glucose, potassium chloride, potassium thiocyanate, pectin and CO₂-extract of biomass of microorganism of species Pythium gracile under above atmosphere pressure as a solution in carbon dioxide followed by pressure drop to atmosphere value. Obtained composition shows the prolonged adaptogenic effect. EFFECT: improved method of production of the mixture.
