SUBSTANCE: method includes segregation of place of tendon rupture; opening of tendon-muscular sheath of tendon of long head of musculus biceps brachii; freeing of ends of damaged tendon from commissures; suturing of end of tendon by suture of Kuneo type; overlapping of tendon joint place with pedicle graft; formation of autoplast from end of muscle belly.
