SUBSTANCE: labeled dimethomorpholine derivative with formula I: (I) is prepared by affecting unlabeled compound for 10-15 min by gaseous tritium in presence of rhodium trichloride at 120-190 C, pressure 400-450 GPa, and dimethomorpholine-to-rhodium trichloride ratio (1- 4):1. Process is advantageously carried out in presence of heterogeneous palladium catalyst in quantities up to 25 mg per 1 mg of rhodium trichloride.
