FIELD: devices for grinding concrete. SUBSTANCE: method consists in breaking concrete and separating reinforcement from ground concrete; reinforced concrete structure is forced between revolving rolls of device, thus breaking concrete and deforming the reinforcement. Device used for realization of this method has frame and two working members whose centers are shifted in horizontal plane relative to each other. Roller table with pusher is mounted at inlet of inter-roll space, bar screen, rollers and tongs being mounted at outlet. EFFECT: increased productivity; reduced usage of metal. 3 cl, 1 dwg
