FIELD: experimental biology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of microorganisms into abdominal cavity of an experimental animal and phagocytosis process of the membrane package of bacteria is investigated. Extracellular monomembrane and intracellular mono-, di- and trimembrane forms of package of bacteria are detected. Method can be used as a base for development of a new method of curative effects on the order of chronic infectious diseases (tuberculosis, leprosy and others) and for study of pathogenesis of chronic infections also.
