FIELD: medical, engineering, namely noninvasive surgery. SUBSTANCE: device has piezoelectric focusing ultrasonic radiator made in form of bowl and connected to power amplifier, input of which is supplied with voltage from output of modulator connected to generator. The latter is manufactured for adjustment of voltage characteristics during excitation. It is positioned on container filled with contact liquid. Application surface is shaped as flexible membrane arranged on surface of object to be exposed. Piezoelement of focusing ultrasonic radiator has thickness and curvature radius which vary depending on angle. Maximum relation of curvature radius to minimum one equals 2. Relation of maximum width of piezoelement to minimum one is equal to 1.01-1.2. Provision is also made for control device and intensity programming device. Control device is connected to generator and modulator, and intensity programming device is connected between control device and modulator. Frequency of alternating- current excitation voltage produced by generator varies in range of 1.01-1.2, and level of voltage exciting the radiator changes during operation providing for required distribution of energy in process of exposure. Device allows accurate displacement of exposure area in direction of energy radiation due to change in position of stationary radiator focal area and preset variation of intensity with change of excitation voltage frequency.
