Finger trainer for hand muscle training

The hand muscle trainer centers round two finger loops (18) joined by a tie (20), whose length is less than the thumb-to-index finger span. The tie is strapped to the respective loops. Thumb and index finger can be stretched out in the loops using the tie between the loops held firmly on the fingers throughout. The two finger loops may overlap when not stretched. A foldable variant has holes in a foldable loop.
