New design of shoe, method, and machinery for economical shoe production

The new type of a shoe is designed at the computer and produced in different sequences as in the traditional shoe manufacturing. Lining (2) and outer surface (1) are first completed individually and joined at a later stage. The cut material is positioned in matching indents at several workstations (100,200,300,400,600), heated and shaped with lasts which can be lifted and lowered. Pressure and heat assist in the process. The lining (2) is glued to the outer shoe (1) after it has been completely finished. All operations can be executed by semi-skilled workers.
