Common hardware driver for running chip card terminal and a mouse via PC serial interface

The device has a serial interface, connected to the PC and respective interfaces connected to the mouse and to the chip card terminal. An electronic circuit allows communiction between the PC and both peripherals. A battery covers the increased current requirements of the two devices.
