Active thermal load control system for spacecraft

The system has a storage tank (18) in which working fluid (52) is stored. Heating and cooling units (82,64) are coupled to the tank through a conduit assembly (30). The conduit assembly performs transition of heat between heating and cooling units by passage of fluid conveyed through the conduit.
