The nozzle body (1) includes a central tube (2) for a fluid. A connection (3) introduces a second fluid. Both fluids combine in the mixing zone (5). A propulsive gas connection (7) provides for atomization of the mixture at the mouth of the nozzle. An Independent claim is included for use of the nozzle for spray drying or fluidised bed granulation. A reaction forming solids and subsequent drying may be performed. Preferred features: A thread (6) permits adjustment of the central tube in the mixing zone. Swirl inducers (11) may be interposed between the body (1) and the outlet section (8) of the nozzle.
