The connection between a remote-action control room (1) and the substations (2) exists in the selection procedure, selectively conductor-tied and/or conductor-untied, and only for the duration of the command and information transmission. The connection also reports back the substations themselves independently with results to the control room. The control of remote-action substations and the switching of the devices provided in the substations takes place via a telephone network (conductor-tied) (10) and/or a mobile radio system (conductor-untied) (11), remotely controlled from a control room. The control room communicates with the substations.
