The connection device has an insulating contact carrier (25) incorporating contact elements (23) which have penetration points (24), for penetrating the insulation of respective line wires, to establish an electrical connection with the latter. The actuator-sensor-interface line (18) is clamped between cooperating halves of an insulating housing (11) which has a seating in its cover part (13) for receiving the contact carrier. A manually operated coupling element (28) is used to secure the contact carrier to the cover part of the housing and to move the contact points in the penetration direction.
