A permeable material composition which can yield a permeable material having good resistances to chemicals, water and weather and scarcely undergoing cracking and which can be remarkably improved in applicability and finish by using water instead of thinner in finishing work. The composition comprises aggregate particles, a polysulfide-modified epoxy resin and a curing agent for the resin.
