Insulation panels with integral heating or cooling for air conditioning systems are made from two polystyrene sheets (10, 30) of different densities, superimposed and joined by moulding, over-moulding gluing etc. The densest sheet (10) has sides fitted with anchorage points (20, 25) to join to the next panel, also on the face opposite that in contact with the lower density sheet (30). A fan groups all feet (P) for the support guidance and locking of a tube (t) destined for the circulation of heating or cooling fluid. Also claimed is the prod. of the panel by pressing a sheet of the lower density polystyrene into shape then over-moulding the higher density sheet. The higher density sheet is higher than 23 kg/m3 pref. greater than 28 kg/m3 and the lower less than 15 kg/m3.
