PURPOSE: To provide an ink-jet had which has a structure which facilitates ink seal retention around a micropore which guides ink from an ink feed chan nel to an ink pressurizing chamber, secures a good shape of the micropore and position accuracy, and improves handlability at the time of manufacturing. ;CONSTITUTION: An ink pump member 12 is made up of a ceramic-laminated integrally-burned product in which the bottom side of an ink pressurizing chamber 30 is composed of an orifice plate 22 and a reinforcement plate 24. The ink pump member 12 is superposed on an ink nozzle member 16 through a channel plate 14 which has an ink feed channel and an ink discharge channel which guides ink discharged from the ink pressurizing chamber 30 to the opening of the ink nozzle member 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
