The sidewall (1) comprises a support corbel (2) projecting from one side (1a). Both the sidewall and corbel are in reinforced concrete. The corbel adjoins the sidewall over a zone of vertical height less than 40 cm. The sidewall has in each of its vertical planes, divided along and perpendicular to its length, a diverted vertical frame. This frame has a lower vertical part (A1) under the zone, an upper vertical part (A3) above the zone and an intermediate part (A3) which passes obliquely through the zone. The inclination of the intermediate part is such that there exists a horizontal gap of at least 7cm toward the corbel between the frame lower and upper vertical parts. The corbel comprises a horizontal frame (B) which passes at the level of the junction of the lower vertical part and the sloping part of the diverted frame.
