P This device makes it possible to connect a telephone switch (SW) to a fixed telephone network (PSTN) via a radiotelephone network (PLMN) of the GSM or derivative type; a plurality of fixed user terminals (UT1, ..., UT100) being connected to this telephone switch. This device comprises a plurality of fixed radiotelephone terminals (RT1, ..., RT3), and coordination means (CD) for dynamically managing the allocation of the radiotelephone terminals (RT1, ..., RT3) to the telephone communications established between the fixed telephone network (PSTN) and user terminals (UT1, ..., UT100). They activate at any time only one of the fixed radiotelephone terminals (RT1, ..., RT3), chosen from those which are available at the instant considered, to put it to listen to the search messages of a terminal. / P
