The complex is constructed with three levels, an access level with entry doors (4) and garages (5), a residential level (2) with natural lighting and ventilation through roof lights (10), and a roof level (3) with the roof lights and private terraces (11) which are accessible from inside the dwellings (6). The roof lights have opening panels to provide natural ventilation.
