Measurement and decimal conversion slide rule for teaching purposes

The slide rule has two distinct parts: a slide (1) carrying conversion tables and also rules and formulae for easy reference, and a case (2) inside which the slide runs. The case has two rows of windows (11,13), one for the input number and one for the output number. Commas to separate long numbers are marked on the outside of the cover, between appropriate windows.
