A garment for covering the lower torso of an individual, comprising a torso portion dimensioned to enclose the mid-section of an individual's body, leg portions extending from the torso portion for enclosing at least the upper portion of an individual's legs, at least one incision in the torso portion having a quick-release attachment system for removal and replacement of the torso portion from the mid- section of the individual, and a fastening arrangement on each of the leg portions for releasably attaching the leg portions to the legs of the individual.
