PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate a concentration of a solvent at a predetermined value by measuring a concentration of a solvent in a water solution, in which a solvent (alcohol and the like) having a relatively low concentration is solved, as precisely as possible. ;SOLUTION: When a water solution is introduced into an auxiliary tank 2 from a main tank 1 to permit a hydrometer 3 to float in the auxiliary tank 2 and a content of a solvent is exceeded by a predetermined concentration, a specific gravity sensing sensor 4, which senses vertical movements of the hydrometer 3, issues a control signal which actuates a solvent makeup pump 5 to supply a predetermined amount of the solvent to the main tank 1. When one measurement is completed, the water solution is discharged into the main tank 1 from the auxiliary tank 2 to make the auxiliary tank 2 substantially empty.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
