(57) Abstract Being method and the device which control the data flow with respect to the network which possesses the server and the non blocking client node, the client node cannot drop the request which is received from the server. Process on the non blocking client node allots the resource on the non blocking client node, informs about the resource which is allotted to the server. Next, the server decides the resource on the non blocking client node which is necessary in order to complete the request with the application on the server whether or not the resource which is sufficient in order to complete the request with application on the non blocking client node enabled decides. When the sufficient resource it is enabled, the server transmits request to the client node, when the resource does not exist sufficiently, the server waits, until the sufficient resource exists, issues request in the non blocking client node.
