PURPOSE:To discharge boiler water to a vapor-water separating apparatus to prevent drying degree of steam from degrading by putting a steam discharging outlet of a steam inlet pipeline and a water inlet of a down comer in one line in vapor-water separating apparatus and using dynamic pressure of steam flowing from the steam inlet pipeline to the vapor-water separating apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A steam discharging outlet 6 of a steam inlet pipeline 2 and a water inlet 3a of a down comer 3 are put in one line in a vapor-water separating apparatus 1. Using the dynamic pressure of steam flowing to the vapor-water separating apparatus 1 to the steam inlet pipeline 2, boiler water in the vapor- water separating apparatus 1 is discharged out of the vapor-water separating apparatus 1. As a result, drying degree of steam is prevented from degrading and at the same time, local concentration of boiler water in a boiler is suppressed and the whole pressure of the boiler can be lowered.
