PURPOSE:To enable a low cost stable waste heat recoverying to be carried out under a superior responding characteristics by a method wherein a thermal medium for recoverying waste heat is heated by gas taken by a waste heat recoverying gas feeding-out passage. CONSTITUTION:A waste heat recoverying means is provided with a waste heat recoverying gas feeding passage 18 for taking out gas within a communication passage C. There are provided a heat exchanger HC for heating thermal medium for recoverying waste heat by gas taken by the gas feeding-out passage 18 and a thermal medium temperature control means. The thermal medium temperature control means is provided with a sensor S for detecting a temperature of a thermal medium (a) passed through the heat exchanger HC. There is provided a damper 19 for adjusting a gas feeding-out amount through the gas feeding- out passage 18 and for adjusting a temperature of the thermal medium (a). A degree of opening of the damper 19 is adjusted through an operator 20 in such a manner that a temperature of the thermal medium a becomes a set value in response to the detected temperature of the sensor S. With such an arrangement, it is possible to perform a fast response against variation of amount of consumption and to perform a waste heat recovery of stable waste heat accumulative and deodoring device by using a small-sized heat exchanger.
