PURPOSE: To prevent hoses for supplying oil and water between an upper rotator and a lower rotator which are connected to each other in such a manner as to freely rotate from being hung down to the outside. ;CONSTITUTION: An upper rotator 3 removably mounted on a shovel machine and a lower rotator 4 including a hydraulic cylinder 8 and a sprinkler nozzle 9 are connected to each other in such a manner as to freely rotate by a swivel joint 5 formed by fitting a ring part 19 in the periphery of a cylindrical part 18. Oil can be supplied from the upper rotator 3 side to the hydraulic cylinder 8 of the lower rotator 4 side from an oil supply hole 31 of the ring part 19 through an oil supply hole 33 of the cylindrical part 18.
